Julianna the Enchantress is a character from Phryn who is found murdered in her home. Her house is not accessible by any means. Her bloodied skull can be bought from Unaak for 500 gold,and is needed to complete the Enchantress' Head quest.

It is added as no more than extra information, but it was said that a knife with strange markings (likely runes) was found near her corpse. There is a possibility that this is the blade described in "The Enchanted Knife" fiction book.
